“Grieving & Coping in Community:
Living with your Loved One’s Mental Illness.”

This is a FREE bi-monthly support group that will provide not only support, but resources for coping with your loved one’s mental illness.

Mental illnesses & mental health conditions like Depression, Bi-Polar, Schizophrenia, Personality Disorders, Dementia, Traumatic Brain Injury, etc, can bring about undesired changes as well as loss. Not only does the person with the illness or condition struggle & need support, but loved ones need support as well. The group is open to friends, relatives, caregivers, & others who need a safe place to talk about how your life is affected & changed as a result of the mental illness of your special person.

Grief need not be buried or repressed; there are resources & supports in our community. This group is a place to grieve, to cope, & to gain resources.
